Silver Snake Earrings

I was just looking through earrings on ebay and I stumbled upon these cool earrings. I wasn't really looking for these types of earrings but now that I saw them, I want them! Haha impulsive buy, I guess, but they were too cool to pass up. Plus, they were cheap anyway. I bought them along with my gold earrings with a cuff and chain.

Shipping took a while. Even though I ordered them the same day as my gold earrings with a cuff and chain, they came much later. They were small and fit inside a tiny envelope that is lined with bubble wrap. It can fit in any mailbox.

These are made of a silver metal. It does wrap nicely around the ear and stays on. My only worry is that the bottom part of the tail may fall off and I won't even notice because it doesn't seem very secure. Also, I bought two of them, one for each ear. However, both face the same direction (silly me, I should have known) so they look and are worn a little differently on each ear. So on the left is my left ear and on the right is my right ear. See how it wraps around the ears differently? But otherwise, I think they look awesome!

Pearl Cat Ear Headband

I've been seeing so many people with these cute cat ear headbands and I wanted one for myself! After much thought, I've decided I want to be a cat for Halloween. I don't know why I want to be a cat but I just do. Yeah, it's a little too early perhaps to be thinking of Halloween but I just wanted to get this headband now. Of course, I head to ebay to find something cheap.

This product came surprisingly quickly. I wasn't expecting it for a while and I was surprised to have received it in the mail. It is oddly shaped so it can't fit in my small mailbox because I have the teeny tiny ones for townhouses and apartments so they just left it on my doorstep. I'm in a safe neighborhood anyway so I'm fine with that. There was some bubbly wrap in there so the product doesn't break during shipping or anything,

This particular headband is gold with pearl decorations. The other option is silver with clear rhinestone decorations. I liked the pearl because it was more visible than the rhinestones. My ideal would have been silver with pearl decorations. Oh well.

This fits nicely around my head. I don't think it will fall off or anything. The ears are very large and quite obvious, so people can see it well. The pearls are large and white. I really like it. It seems durable, not likely to break easily. The headband itself is metal. I just hope none of the pearls come off.

I've been seeing these types of earrings around a lot and I've wanted to get one myself. I think they look so cool. I want it cheap, of course, because I'm stingy with my money. Also, because I don't wear earrings much because of school. I don't want to spend a lot of money on something I'll barely use.

As with all ebay things, it takes a while to arrive. I guess it came in about 3 weeks. The price is 99 cents each. I bought two, one for each ear, so it was $1.98 total. Free shipping.

So the cuff is really big and kind of loose. I had to bend the metal to make it tighter so that it won't fall off. It looks really nice though. Definitely work well with hair tied back or in a nice high ponytail :)

False Eyelashes

I swear, ebay has everything I could possibly want for a cheap price. The whole site is full of shopping temptations. Many times, I can't resist. The only type of mail I ever get are packages from ebay through USPS. Only occasionally do I get a letter from a friend, then most other times is spam mail. Bleh! Anyway, I saw some really cheap sets of eyelashes at ebay.

These lashes looked so beautiful and thick on the internet and they looked so beautiful when they came. But they were made of the hardest plastic ever! They are so stiff and when you put them on, because they are so stiff, they don't really bend to the contour of the eye. I mean, if you happen to be the lucky person whose eye is perfect for the shape of these, lucky you. I was not that lucky person. Not to mention, they hurt. It was just painful to put them on and keep them on. Terrible, terrible buy. I kind of feel bad for wasting money but at least it was only 99 cents.


While the above product was coming, I decided to buy some bottom lashes from ebay. Oddly enough, these bottom lashes are more expensive than the search for top lashes. I thought that was really weird. So here is what I bought:

So these are my bottom lashes, but they were a little too long for me as bottom lashes so I decided to use them as top lashes. They work great as top lashes! They are very thin and soft, so it is a lot more comfortable to wear. They aren't overly thick though so I don't look like I have very full lashes but they are long and still look very nice. I might go ahead and trim them a little bit to use as bottom lashes. I don't really like long bottom lashes. But they are still really cheap for 10 pairs. I would definitely buy these again.

Tattoo tights- feather design

I have always loved how tattoos look. I have thought of getting one myself but I'm a wuss for pain and tattoos just sound very painful. Not to mention, it is permanent. I'm still young. I don't want to get something that I will regret in life later on. When I saw tattoo tights, I just had to have them.

For tattoo tights on ebay, the one that I bought is actually quite pricey compared to others. The reason for this is the cheaper ones are in Asian sizes, meaning they are probably way too small for me. This was the cheapest I could find that was in my size. And it fits perfectly!

LOL I'm short so it's not quite on my ankle. Oh well.

Hello Kitty Hat

I had been browsing online for a cute Hello Kitty beret but didn't find one I liked. I was looking for something to replace my lost grey Urban Outfitters beret with a black bow. I was so sad I lost that hat. That was my favorite hat. I honestly have no idea where it could have gone to. Mourning my beret loss, I went to look for a replacement. I did not want to buy another one because I paid about $30 for that beret and I didn't have the money to get another one, nor was I willing to spend so much money again for a single item. So I go look to where I always look: Ebay and Amazon.

I did see some nice ones but none of them had the cute white beret with red bow combination that I wanted. And the ones I found were quite pricey still. I just decided to create my own. So I bought a white beret and a red bow.

I was expecting the bow to be smaller, actually. I was pleasantly surprised about how large they were, in a good way.  It really made it worth my money to pay so much, in my opinion, for a single ribbon. It is an alligator clip type ribbon and I just put it through some of the holes in the knit to attach it.

So total purchase price for this hat is $4.85. Very cheap and it still looks good. It's worth it if you are willing to wait the 2-3 weeks it takes for the ebay items to arrive. If you have the patience, cheap things will be no problem to find.

Now I'm not a fan of wavy/curly extensions just because it's hard to match my real hair. I find it easier to straighten my hair than curl it to match the curliness of the extensions and for wavy extensions, my real hair is wavier and frizzier than the hair. I don't have such pretty waves like my extensions.

The pro of this is that I can keep my hair straight and just put it in a ponytail and attach this to it. It is a tie around type of extension so you have to attach it to your ponytail and tie the ribbon around it and make a nice bow to keep it together.

The cons is that, being synthetic hair and also curly, it tangles so terribly. I do mean terribly. I guess I got what I paid for. It is kind of shiny so like I said before, looks more natural in dim and cloudy settings. In harsh sunlight, the difference is obvious. It doesn't stay in as well as the claw clip type. I probably would not buy this again. It isn't really that great. I might go ahead and buy the claw clip type of this. Anyway, here are some pictures.

For a synthetic hair purchase, I actually like this one a lot. I would get human hair if I could but I can't afford it. Human hair ponytails are actually pretty expensive.

I don't actually have the seller saved for this (I should really start to archive all my purchases. I don't buy much anyway). But I do remember the package coming very quickly. It's always nice to receive something ahead of schedule. Anyway, I bought this because my tiny ponytail nub just doesn't look as nice as a long ponytail. Plus, an updo type of extension will add some variety to the types of long hair I can have.

Anyway, the pros of this item. It is so much cheaper than its human hair counterpart. It's a claw type clip so it looks like a thicker and fuller than the wrap around ones with the ribbon. It's pretty thick and extremely long.

Cons: synthetic and all the cons that normally go with synthetic hair. So it tangles much more than real hair but it does tangle less compared to the really cheap synthetic hair I had before that I bought for like a dollar. It is shiny. The harsh sunlight especially shows the shinyness and the difference between the synthetic hair and my hair. In dim or cloudy settings, it is not as noticeable.
